Born in Kreoneri, Crete — the same island tradition says gave birth to Zeus — Stelio came from a place where strength was not a slogan. It was life.
And Crete has never been short on pride.
He walked barefoot through the farms of his village until he was thirteen years old, when he received his first pair of shoes.
From Kreoneri, his journey carried him to Heraklion, then to Athens, where he ran a coffee shop and met the woman who would become his wife.
Together, they crossed the Atlantic and made a new life in Philadelphia, where they raised three sons.
One of those sons would go on to create SliceVolt.
Stelio’s journey eventually carried him beyond this world, but his presence never left the family he built. SliceVolt carries that spirit forward — resilience, independence, hard work, protection, and the belief that you build what you need with your own hands.
Built by engineers. Protected by Stelio.
